Boilers

How today´s high efficiency boilers can save you a lot of money on your heating bills. The Energy Saving Trust, a government appointed body on energy efficiency matters, recommends that boilers are changed every 15 years on efficiency grounds alone.

Today´s boilers are also a lot smaller and neater than older models. New technology has improved their performance, particularly with regard to fuel efficiency and water flow rates. With minimal exceptions, eagaheat will only install 'A' rated boilers which provide maximum efficiency and low carbon emissions.

New Legislation and Regulations

New legislation and regulations came into effect in recent years which means that, unless technically unfeasible, all boilers installed must be high efficiency condensing models. A condensing boiler is the most efficient boiler type available. It converts more than 90% of the fuel it uses into heat, compared to 72% for conventional
boiler types.

High-efficiency condensing boilers are established products and can be fitted to most new and old heating systems. Today´s boilers can now be fitted almost anywhere in your home, depending on technical considerations. Some are small enough to fit inside a kitchen cabinet and some can even be installed in a garage or outhouse.

We deal with all the leading UK boiler manufacturers and only recommend the best quality products.

Some of our best selling boilers:

Baxi Duo-tec

The combi 28 model was recently voted boiler of the year by Corgi. It was previously voted the best buy in Which magazine where it received a 5 star rating for high efficiency and low carbon emissions, so reducing heating bills and helping the environment by using less fuel. It has easy to use controls and its compact size is ideal for installing in tight spaces.

Vaillant ecoTEC

eco tec boilers have been specially designed to meet the increasing demand for a condensing combination boiler for both heating and hot water for larger homes. The longer condensing mode facility offers higher efficiencies and there is also an innovative low energy pump which is more efficient and has lower carbon emissions.
